Customer Service has been known to give incorrect answers at times. I would recommend you check yourself if the funds are truly available, since that was a large sale, only a few days ago.
Nah, I got it the next day. I talked to a rep, and since I have Express Pay, it goes straight into the account attached to my debit card, not my bank account.
As she explained, with Express Pay you set the schedule for when money goes into the account. Since mine is set to daily, I made my sale, 24 hours passed, the funds were released, and about 30 minutes later I got them.
So I don’t know what you’re referring to, because yeah, I got it very quickly.
If you’d like to see my account and the payment that came in from the sale, I’d be happy to show you. But what you said is inaccurate.
I recommended you check. Nothing I said could have possibly been inaccurate because I didn’t make any definitive statements about what was actually happening.
Payouts go DIRECTLY to a Checking Account. Obviously if you have a Debit Card from your bank checking account, then the $$ would be available.
Sounds like you didn't set up 'Managed Payments' correctly, because again, you would have had to give all the Checking Acct. info (numbers etc.) and NOT the 'Debit Card' numbers.

·6 months agoYour sale was on the 10th of March. It looks like your first sale on eBay. New or infrequent sellers can have their funds held for up to 30 days.

Since the item sold for more then $1000, they'll hold the funds for 30 days.
When the hold is released, the funds will be sent to your checking account.

They are not going to release the funds after 3 days.
