how do I reach ebay as far as wrong shipping price (ebay combined shipping on 5 large items )
ebay added combined shipping to an order that definately no combined S&H was ever added to my listing..buyer bought 5 of same items ...how do I fix this?

·4 months agoTell us what the shipping should have been for one and what is it now for the 5? Without any rule, eBay would just calculate 5X the weight. The box, however remains the same size....and that is where sellers get screwed up as the box most likely needs to be increased, but on eBay that new size & cost is never calculated to the buyer. More than likely the buyer paid for all 5 from their cart

·4 months agoThere is no point in 'reaching ebay' as that is simply your fault.
You can't fix what was already done but know that you sold an item from a 'multi quantity' listing. Therefore, no 'combined' works.
Instead, when you created the listing, there is a place where you put the cost to ship 1, then 'each additional' one (see below pic). If you leave that blank, it will consider it $0.00.
So, as @kibble-net stated, you need to 'fix it' going forward.

·4 months agoit looks like the OP was using "calculated" shipping...i don't think you can do an "each additional" with "calculated shipping"...you need a combined shipping rule enabled

ebay does not determine "combined shipping" only you can do that.
