How did they Charge?

I am currently experiencing a financial issue with my eBay account and would like your assistance.
My account is subscribed to the Premium Store plan, which costs $59.95 per month. This month, the subscription fee was charged, but my bank account did not have sufficient funds at that time.
However, eBay is showing the payment as completed, which is confusing because no money was actually available in my bank account.
I previously contacted customer support through chat, but unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding, and my issue was not resolved.
I kindly request you to review my account and clarify the status of this payment, and advise me on what I should do next.

They don't care if there's not any money in there, they'll still take it.

·5 months agoThe monthly subscription cost may have been deducted from your available funds within eBay (assuming you had any). That’s how mine is billed & paid.

·5 months agoWell it seems since your bank account was charged for your store subscription and you didn’t have sufficient funds to cover the charge your bank probably charged you an over draft fee. Because your eBay store subscription was paid causing your bank account to go in the negative.
Your banking issues are not eBay’s problem. You should know when your subscription is due so you can insure your bank has enough funds to cover your bills.
I also want to add there is no one here that can look into your account. We are all eBay member like you here, not eBay employees.
Why on earth would you subscribe to such an expensive store when you only have 15 items? You’re just giving money to eBay. But hey, if you want to do that it’s up to you.
I’ve been a seller on eBay for 20 years and only use a basic store.
You are also a new seller you have monthly selling limits. Having a store won’t increase your selling limit.
