Horrible customer service

eBay has not taken Any action in unfreezing my gift cards for over 6 days now. After doing searches I am finding out that this is common practice by this company. All they do is a say they will forward emails to â€œgift card teamâ€. After the 4th conversation with customer service I got the same run around.
