Help with Payoneer, my completed sale funds stuck
My account country was originally one that uses Payoneer for payouts. When I tried to open a seller account, I was prompted to use Payoneer, but couldn't complete the setup because I was getting some errors on Payoneer page. I contacted an ebay rep via chat and since I am now living in the UK, I was advised to switch my account country to UK, link my checking account and open a seller account - it worked smoothly.
I have since made sales but my payment has been stuck because I have both Payoneer(incomplete) and UK bank account details linked as payout methods. I cannot request payouts either (the button is greyed out)
I have had several calls with ebay reps and they seem to not have any clue on how I can get my payouts. It's been more than a month, and my funds are just stuck.

Since you are located in the UK, my suggestion is that you might want to sign out of Ebay.com and sign into Ebay.com/uk so that you can be better served. This is mostly a US discussion forum and you would most likely get your best results to your issue thru this link:
