Help needed to get my money back from EBAY
How do I request a refund for a QR code that was not used? I took the package to the USPS store and they didn't know how to print a label. They told me I would have to pay more money to ship the item so I ended cancelling it which caused havoc with my bank! eBay apparently took the money out and I am still trying to figure out how there wasn't enough in the account then my bank charged me... and YET I never touched the money that was deposited into my account . So the funds were there! I think EBAY took out more than they should have.

·8 months agoHere's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:
Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

You have 28 days from the date you printed the label to cancel it (unless it was an ESE label, which cannot be cancelled but is not charged if it is not used). The refund takes up to 21 days for USPS labels.

·8 months agoDid you take the package to the right place? There are UPS Stores and USPS offices, but not USPS stores. 🤪

·8 months agoEbay doesnt take refunds from pending funds, they will take the money from your funding source, cc,bank account, etc. Then when your pending funds are released they will go to you.
