I need someone from Ebay to assist in getting my money back. I have contacted the seller several times and he keep saying to cancel the order and he will refund money. That hasn't HAPPENED YET.

·4 months agoToo much time has elapsed for anyone at ebay to help. You are on your own. Why did you wait so long to take action? eBay only give you 30 days to act.

The eBay 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is great when used within the timeframe offered, but you would have needed to file your claim within 30 days of the last estimated date of delivery on the original order, which was probably sometime in August 2025. At this point, eBay will not offer you any assistance, and in fact even if the seller was honest (clearly they were not), they would be unable to refund you through eBay as that option disappears at about 90 days after the order date. I agree that there is some chance that your credit card issuer or bank will assist, but even they often will not assist after about 6 months. I recommend you read up on the Money Back Guarantee before you make any more purchases, so you know what to do if you have trouble again and how to not let a seller string you along with false promises until you have lost your options for help.

After almost a year, there's nothing Ebay will do.
Contact your funding source and see if they can do anything, it might be to late for them also.
