Has anyone else experienced being charged twice for a single item on eBay? I'm curious to know how you resolved it and what steps you took. I ordered an item and find I was charged twice by EBay. Once on one credit card (which I received the order) and once on a second card listed on my information page. I cannot find a record of that order listed anywhere on EBay nor did I receive a second package. I tried but am not finding a way to get in touch with a real life person to assist me. I would really appreciate some help here as $60+ is a lot for me to lose for nothing. And yes, I contacted the Seller who told me to contact EBay. I also tried to use the Help chat which drove me in circles and could not in the least understand the problem.
