Guyer didn't pay after 5 days and requested cancelation. This doesn't seem right.
Not sure how a buyer gets out of his bid 5 days after winning bid. Did not pay, then requested cancelation. I have not been able to contact eBay and can't leave feedback for buyer other than positive. Only thing to do is cancel. Is this normal? Item is brand new in wrapper. 100 positive feedback on my end.

Jfyi, Never try to force a buyer to pay and never ship something a buyer does not want.

·2 years agoAfter96 hours and one second, you can open an Unpaid Item dispute and the transaction will be automatically cancelled.
The deadbeat gets a Strike for not paying and cannot leave feedback.
Notice the 96 hours.
Look at the clock not the calendar.
Strikes mean the deadbeat will have a harder time buying on eBay in future.
Thousands, probably millions , of sellers have set up their Seller Preferences/Buyer Requirements to automatically open those cancellations.
You can do the same.
