You are new seller and eBay wants any MBG, INR, or INAD claims made by a buyer to come from your funds and not theirs. Buyers have 30 days to file their claim.
Just keep on selling stuff and you'll be paid from sales 30 days ago. If you sell something every day, after 30 days, you will soon be getting paid everyday for stuff you sold 30 days ago.
All new and infrequent sellers are subject to transaction holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well.
You are a new seller. You've sold two items. The last one sold for $150.00. You listed that item as "Brand New," but stated in the title it was "USED." You've set yourself up for an Item Not As Described Return. My guess is eBay has picked up on this conflict and is going to hold your funds until 30 days from that sale has passed.
You need to be more careful moving forward. Your "no return" policy does not mean "no refunds." If something is "used," list it as "used," not "new."
