Funds not available anymore after the sale is completed
Hello, I need some help with this matter, it has affected the way I conduct business and it's prompt to a negative feedback. This selling account is new, but I have been selling on eBay for over 3 years through my ex's account and similar to my ex's account, eBay started allowing my funds to be withdrawn after the 11th positive review. This remained the same while I was using her account. However, with this new account, it allowed me for like 4 or 5 sales after getting the 11th positive feedback, then suddenly I have to wait 24 hours after the buyer receives the items to clear funds. I have read eBay's policies, and the only thing that has changed is my shipping time. This change occurred because after the last hurricane, Beryl, my local USPS was taking up to 3 days, with one item taking 4 days to be marked as received. This went on for a solid 2 or 3 weeks. Although my local USPS is slowly recovering and started marking items as received right away, my account remains the same, but the problem is that items are taking 7 to 10 days to be delivered. I don't know what's going on, but items start bouncing back and forth when they reach the buyer's USPS facility. I know there's not much to do, but if someone has a tip that could help, I'd really appreciate it. I recently hired one of my son's friends and my son, 2 boys part-time because it became too much for 1 person with eBay and the physical store. I won't hold payments for my team members, but my pocket is running low between that and receiving payments after eBay charges fees and shipping labels. Thanks.

·2 years agoIf you have been using someone else's account to sell for over 3 years, but now have opened your own, you need to understand that your selling record on that account belongs to the account owner, not to you. To eBay, you're a new seller and, as such, you will be subject to exactly all the same limits and regulations as any other new seller.
If you have been selling that long without exactly understanding how eBay works, it would be a good idea to get acquainted with that information.
For instance, your buyers should be paying for shipping. Also eBay's fees are clearly spelled out several times in the information they offer to sellers, all you need to do is read that information, it is not hidden.
