I have an email saying my funds are available but for the life of me can’t find or figure how to get them

OPJul 10, 2026 at 10:38 AMThe only thing I have found out is eBay is horrible as a seller. I’ve sold 4 items totaling over 1,000 dollars and yet I’m still negative 37 dollars crazy sold 4 items and haven’t seen one cent of it

New sellers, they can hold the funds for 30 days.

·Jul 10, 2026 at 1:30 AMsame thing is happening to me everything is all good on my end I verified my identity it says no issues on my end everything all clear but I cannot access my funds it says my accounts on hold until I complete whatever needs to be completed but I can't find out what needs to be completed I called customer service multiple times and they are no help at all
