i was facing the same issue, i am a contractor i do work and ordered the trays for one of my project which is post on magazine, however when i order it on ebay and when i got it, it was not what i order then i got refund.

Your issue is not the same as the OPs issue. The OPs issue is a selling issue.
Yours is a buying issue that you say is resolved by receiving a refund. So it is no longer an issue or concern. It is best to start your own thread instead of piggybacking on someone else’s.
Congrats on your sales. Until you've been selling for 90 days and you have 25 sales totaling $250 you're considered a new seller, thus subject to a 14-30 day payment hold on your funds.

However, you hit the market for selling during the holidays. So don't give up.
I might add a few more photos for each item listed....especially close up.

New accounts; New Sellers are subject to AT LEAST a 30 day hold to cover the 30 Day MBG.
Also- were you approved with Managed Payments (in your checking account etc.) prior to listing/selling?
