I don't even know what express payout is. Do you do it on the eBay platform? Or is it done on the PayPal platform? 🤔
Edit to add: Oh, my. Do you mean can you get the funds from your recent sales through an express payout to PayPal? If so... that answer is "No". To receive funds, you've got to be onboarded into Managed Payments... you have done that, no?

·8 months agoPayPal is no longer a disbursement destination. Express payout works with a debit card associated with your payment bank account.
PayPal is of decreasing usefulness on Ebay, and some day will probably be useless here.
