I had a 50.00 ebay gift card. I bought kitchen spoons for 20.32. I thought they were paid for because my blance went down to 29.68. I waited to get email comferming the order. Never recived one. Sell said I never placed a order. Have not been able to get in tuch with ebay. So I want to know who has my money. I have nothing to show for it I want money back like yesterday. Glenda Russell

Could be a temp hold on a sale that did not go through. Check under purchases on your my eBay page. Did you receive any email for that order? If there is a customer service number on the back of the card, you can call and see what they say.

Does the order show up in your Purchase History? If so, it will show how the order was paid. If not, have you tried contacting the seller to see if they see an order from you.
