eBay won't release my payments, even though it states as released

The website informs me that my payments for my last 3 sales have been released, but they still haven't been released.
I questioned this situation and the attendant told me that "maybe" they will release it after 60 days!
Even though it is confirmed that the orders have already reached buyers and I have already received feedback from them.
In other words, they received payments from the buyers, their commissions and the seller is left without receiving his full right.

If you are a seller who has had a gap of 90 days or more in your selling on eBay, or if you suddenly list and sell a high dollar item that's out of sync with your usual listings, eBay can hold your funds for 30 days.

Have no idea where a CS rep got that "60 days" reply and no idea where you got an answer from a live "attendant" for that matter.
