Ebay tracking system
...I sold a product and it was shipped to the customer by FedEx.
I added the tracking number for the shipment on the eBay website.
Now the shipment was delivered to the customer ten days ago, but the eBay website hasn't been tracking the shipment for ten days and it doesn't show that it was delivered.
On the FedEx website it shows that it was delivered. I can't find a way to contact eBay. I registered the issue as a technical problem many times, but to no avail.

·11 months agothe ebay tracking data for fedex can be laggy, if you click thru the tracking links in your sold item/shipped it will show the same results as if you went fedex dot com.
should be nothing to worry about
if some kind of defect showed because of it you can reach out to a customer rep and they can see the same thing you do and fix it if need be.

The problem is that the payment is due to me as i get the payment after 8 days from delivery. Anyway, how do I contact customer rep?
