ebay stealing my money
after 10 years of sailing because of holiday shipping Ebay reduced my ratings from 100% to 99% and now because of that are punishing me by withholding $780 of my funds I have not got paid since mid December. I remember when all the top management of Ebay went to prison six years ago because of their extreme attitude toward customer service. Are we heading there again ?

Ebay didn't drop your ratings, the buyer did saying you sold a fake item.

The buyer said your item was counterfeit.
It was not "all top management" either. Quit exaggerating.

Has ebay asked for your invoicing from the distributor you are purchasing from? That might be next.

OP8 months agoWhen we were looking at the teenagers in the 90s watching jackass TV we laughed so hard at them until someone in our group mentioned that : " One day these people will be in management !" . . The time has arrived but these 40 to 45-year-olds are now running things. . . Is it me or ' every time that the newer management tries to change things they break stuff' That has been working for a decade
