eBay says no payout without tracking but allows first class letter shipment with no tracking!
Under shipping options eBay allows both large and small first class mail letter envelopes with no tracking yet says it will not payout without proof of tracking delivery. Contradiction. I have received many eBay seller deliveries in plain first class mail with no tracking. Did they ever get paid?

·5 months agoeBay can hold the payment until the time limit to file an item not received case has passed. They may adjust the hold time based on the seller's record.

·5 months agoYes, they'll be paid, but the funds could be held for 30 days.
