Ebay-plemented instant buyer payment if making an offer/bidding, but continues days to pay seller | Payments

When Paypal reigned for collecting seller receipts, i enjoyed same day Paypal deposits to my bank for seller proceeds that Paypal collected. Now i have to wait days for Ebay to "process" my seller deposits for deposit to my bank. Yes, i know if i pay Ebay another "fee" besides the 13.5% vig they charge me on my sales that Ebay will expedite the deposit. But now i see the only "improvement" Ebay has made in payment processing is to advise the bidder or best offer buyer that Ebay will instantaneously charge the buyer if the seller accepts a best offer or bidder wins. What prevents Ebay from improving BOTH the collection speed of their commission receipts, AND the deposit speed to the seller for those SAME proceeds receipts!
