Ebay phone access
I have been waiting for Ebay to render a decision on a scam return request with funds on hold. They have been making a "decision" on the case for 3 weeks now. I think I'm lost in the shuffle.
Has Ebay closed all phone access to actually speak to someone? I can't find a way in....

If the buyer opened a return request, did you provide a shipping label for them to return the item?

·5 months agoScroll to the bottom of the page and click on Contact Us.
Then browse through the AI prompts and select Have an Agent Call You.

If you opened a return request with eBay, it should not take 3 weeks.
You open an item not as described case. You wait 3 days for a response from the seller.
His choices are to a) send you a prepaid return label if he wants it back or b) refunds you and lets you keep the item. If that doesn't happen in 3 days, on day #4, you return to the case and ask eBay to step in. They refund you from the seller's funds.

OP5 months agoNo....the buyer, who actually no longer has the coins to return, opened the return request. Funds are on hold for the "decision" as no return was made. I'm still waiting after 3 weeks for a "decision" by Ebay and a release of funds.
