Ebay keeps postponing held Funds

I am a new seller, I read and understood the policies about new sellers. I sold some items to special customer on 27 december and first week of January and sent it with Turkish airlines cargo which can't be trackable on ebay. Customer received the packages and gave positive feedback also confirmed Items are intact and arrived on time on feedback section. My payout was supposed to start on february which means I had to wait for 40 days and was shown at payment section of ebay. (understable regarding to policy) but 01 February 2025 they postponed payout to March without any notification. I contacted with CS but there are no solution and reasonable excuse about postpone the payout.

Will I ever get paid??? Will there be a guarantee that ebay won't postpone my payout to unknown date???
