Ebay is scamming people for theyre product and shipping fee and payments

I've been scammed out of my item sold ,the package took over 3 weeks for the package to be delivered in my own home town somewhere or the buyer either kept the item or was stolen because where I shipped the item buyer should have received it and my payout of 495.00 is gone plus my generator im totally upset and want to file an agreeable against ebay..

Here is another point of view, which I am assuming based on what little you've shared.

Your buyer opened up an INR case, you failed to respond to the case, and ebay refunded the buyer.

Had you responded to the INR with the tracking information, you'd have been reimbursed upon delivery.

If any of these assumptions are based on incorrect info, then please feel free to enlighten us with more specifics.

Umm what was the carrier you selected to ship with? Was the buyer in your town? It sounds like you need to deal with the carrier on the delivery. That is a seller thing & nothing to do with ebay.

As to sorting out other issues - we need more than your rambling. We need actual details.

Looking at your profile, I see that you have been a member since ‎05-01-2026. You are a new seller. The generator you sold was a significant sale. Congrats. I suspect that eBay has your payment on a 30-day hold. True?

Looking at the listing, you offered to ship the item via USPS Ground Advantage. What does the tracking information say about the delivery status?

I believe so, if it met the size requirements. Some generators aren’t all that large or heavy.

We would like to help, or at least offer sympathy for your problem; however, don't understand exactly what happened.

You sold something to someone in your home town and it took 3 weeks to be delivered? Is there tracking giving details?

Did your buyer open an item not received case?

You want to file an "agreeable" with eBay?
