EBAY is HOLDING my Funds !!! Customer Service NON RESPONSIVE Da Hell Man !!

Again EBAY will tie up your EBAY Gift Card and I'm only trying to pay for items i can afford.

EBAY Customer Service is NON -Existent

PLEASE UN-restrict my account so i can pay a seller . EBAY is becoming VERY Tiring to do business on .

I purchased this Gift Card with my funds and now my funds are unusable because EBAY is a MESS

This is a community forum. No ebay staff here.

If your account is restricted, there's very likely a reason for that.

No one here is able to "un-restrict" your account and I also think we may be missing some important info re your transaction.
