Ebay Internation Buyer Order Earnings Error?
Hey everyone,
A few minutes ago an international buyer purchased 28 items from me. Unfortunately, after reviewing the order it seems there is a difference of $28.66 in the "Order Total**". I tried to contact ebay by phone but I was unable to get find any help since the AI tells me to check in the site... Attached the order detail.
I sold 28 items and without the shipping Im already losing 4.07 due to this difference.
Please Help!

·2 years agoWhat was the total cost of the 28 items @cajavieja ? Some of your cards are inexpensive, discounted by volume purchases, then have a 15% discount stacked on top.
According to eBay the total item cost was $13.76, with a $6.45 discount, bringing the total down to $7.91.
When you view details on the transaction, can you figure out how $43.02 was brought down to $13.76?

No, I cant see the detail. However, after more than a hour trying to contact customer service I was able to talk with them. As per their agent it seems there was an issue when the buyer paid and they charged me for the international shipping, they transferred the case to a dedicated team…

·2 years agoThere is a domestic eBay fee + International eBay fee...
If a buyer uses a credit card from another country that eBay International fee is added.

·2 years agoThat low 1.65% fee would not explain the large discrepancy here.
Nor would that fee be applied in the first place because eBay waives the international fee when items go through eIS (eBay International Shipping), which this seller is using.

I see the order for a total $3.28 😵â€ðŸ’« Before this detail i see the 28 items sold.

In your shoes I would contact eBay CS. Either use the contact options through the help pages, or send a DM to one of eBay's social CS teams: ebayforbusiness on facebook, ebayforsellers on insta, askebay on X
