I do not know. I tired calling the post office numerous times and they don't answer nd I filed missing msil report and that did nothing. I went to my post office and they cent do anything either, so what can I do after exhausting all my options.

·7 months agoAll new and infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well.

I also want to note, using rude and abusive language when talking to customer service will never get you the results you want. It could potentially get you blocked from contacting them, though.

·7 months agoThis has happened o me many times. Ebay goes by tracking delivery. If tracking does not show delivery then the seller loses out. They should do something about this as the USPS tracking can be inacurate, unreliable and sometimes never updated. It's been that way for a long time. The post office cannot help. Pitney Bowes who eBay uses is not even able to track it. It's also bad because a dishonest person will take advantage of the lack of tracking info and put in a claim for NR and eBay will honor it. The end result is the seller gets screwed if delivery is not showing up. They (the USPS) are not very good at their job.

OP7 months agoEbay is preventing me from getting my money so they need to do some checking and not just say they need a scan because that is obviously unreliable. I provided them with proof of delivery from the buyer himself using their own messaging system and they say that is not good ? Ebay is needlessly holding money from people who are the one's who is the reason they are there. They need a better system because this one is terrible and the proof is the amount of the same type of complaints. And please, spare me from the you don't sell enough, they need a better system..............

You've only sold 9 items and 3 recently, so there is a reason to hold funds.

·7 months agoNormally, EBAY will deposit money into your account 2-3 days after you SHIP ITEM (has nothing to do with "proof of delivery").

You are a new low volume seller and you are unlikely to receive payment for 30 days after delivery/

·7 months agoFirst of all, it clearly states in the ebay policy :
In most cases, holds are lifted when we can confirm an order has arrived to the buyer or, in the event of a dispute, when a case is resolved in the seller’s favor. We use tracking to confirm a buyer has received their item.
It doesn't say we'll look at messages or anything else, it says they use tracking. So getting upset at ebay for this is not going to do you any good. You'll get your money paid in time.
With that said, when a package does not show delivered, you can file a claim for a refund with USPS. I believe somewhere in the fine print you are legally stating that the item wasn't delivered, so if you are willing to do that, that's on your conscience. I have filed a claim on 2 occasions where the item was never marked delivered, but in my case, I had no knowledge that they had been delivered because the buyers did not respond to my messages. The buyers never opened an INR, so they were PROBABLY delivered, but again, I had no way of knowing that.
In any case, when you're paying for a USPS label with tracking, you're paying for shipping and delivery confirmation, so if you want to ask for a refund and hold them accountable for their mistake, that's up to you.

I went to my post office and they could not get anywhere. I have exhausted all of my options short of filing claim for Insured package when the buyer two week later said it was in his warehouse and the post office never scanned it. So, if the post office will not bother to do anything, that leave me very upset, and yes, ebay does know the buyer has it and I DID my job..............

Being a newer seller, they can hold your funds for 30 days.
