eBay holding my funds and won't explain why.
I've had this same account since 2014 with over 10k sales.
For the last 5+ years, I've not had funds held on a return until this year. Now anytime someone starts a return, it freezes the funds.
Meaning if I sell something for $100 and someone starts a return on an item from 2 weeks ago delivered, I can't use the $100.
3 returns have now froze almost $300 dollars.
I have a working capital loan and it won't pay on it either.
I've called and chatted on Facebook. They cannot explain why.

Where are you compared to 'peers' on the Seller Metrics?
