Ebay has charged me a $132.00 extra for shipping a bike - Can I contest this? | Payments

I sold a bike and was charged an appropriate amount for shipping a bike which can be expensive. My measurements and weight were spot on but they decided to go to a dimensional weight and charge an additional $132.00.. I could have easily shipped the bike for less through UPS or Bikeflights but chose to use the ebay label / shipping instead. I feel a small charge might be warranted but $132.00 is ridiculous. My account will be debited soon and just wondering if there is an email or phone to contest this charge. Santana Cycles - in California
