eBay gift card redemption code
I have an eBay gift card and I went to scratch off the redemption code and only nine of the 13 numbers are legible. Is there anyway to scan the barcode be able to redeem my gift card?

·5 years agoWhere did you buy the card? If you bought at a retail store, I would assume you could take it back with the receipt and get a new one. If you bought here on eBay, well that's a different story. You could try opening a NAD case and see if you can get a refund. Sounds like you may have got a counterfeit card, never heard of the numbers smudging off on a real one.

·5 years agoI went back to the retail store from which i bought it with my receipt of ebay gift card purchase and they told me to go back to ebay. I have been back and forth from ebay (who tells me to go to retail) and retail manager and corporate office who tells me to go back to ebay
