eBay gift card not being accepted on the cart. Please help

·2 years agoThey haven't fixed anything or know what the issue is. I have a gift card on my account and since yesterday, I cannot get a successful payment made with or without using the gift card.

·2 years agoJust wanted to add that I am having the same issue today. Gift card worked fine yesterday but cant seem to get it to work now.
The balance checker is saying it is not available for a couple of gift cards not redeemed so this is likely a related issue. The checkout process is likely not able to confirm the balance of the gift card so times out.

OP2 years agoeven the giftcard i had before on my account will not work. the PAY button says prossesing, and turns back into PAY without the giftcard applied
