Ebay Flat Out Refusing to Payout Funds Owed
Ebay has owed me $1735.00 for almost 2 months - the balance of my seller's account. They will not assist me. This is theft and I will report this theft to the authorities... The FTC, CFPB, Attorney General, BBB to name a few. I will also sue Ebay in small claims.

·4 years agoHmmmmm, I predict eBay will string you along with 3 continuances and finally ask for a motion to dismiss citing the payment went to escheatment. You can collect the unclaimed funds your state will be holding. I don't believe a judge will order eBay to pay if that happens.
That means you will not have won. In that case eBay can probably sue you for their attorney fees.

·1 year agoI have been trying to get funds eBay owes me for over 3 YEARS! They owe me this from the time when they ended their relationship with PayPal. I had items that sold just before the partnership ended, but they will not release the funds to me because I refuse to register a bank account with them. I do not want eBay to have any personal financial information about me. They have told me that it would go to escheatment as "unclaimed", and I have said that that is fine, but they refuse to do that as well.
