Go to your Purchase History screen. https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase Check if there are two purchases. If No: Then you didn't get charged twice. There is just an Authorize as mentioned in comments above. If Yes: Submit a Cancellation Request for the second purchase.
If there are tracking number(s), then after arrival, click on Return This Item. Use Ordered by Mistake as the reason.
The first charge was probably a hold put on the funds. The second charge is the actual payment. Once the payment is completed the hold will be removed.

·1 year agoSame happened to me, and is impossible to contact with some one to get refund for the second charged on my debit card.
Bad customer service.

·1 year agoYour bank is the one who will remove the pending charge when the initial charge is approved by them.

·1 year agoThe first charge is probably a hold and it'll be removed when the payment (second charge) is completed.

·1 year agoIf you used a debit, or cc, one of those charges is a pending charge, and will be removed when the charge is approved by your bank.
