the best you would get is a compensation on behalf of ebay before the fact. if you already refunded someone without reaching out to customer service ahead of time there is no other recourse. The best you could hope for is for the person to pay you back out of the kindness of there heart. Also there is no email or contact number, if you are in good standing you can request ebay contact you. I believe from what I have read there is some social media page to reach out to ebay but I have never had the need nor ever looked into it. I always just have ebay contact me if necessary. you just click on help & contact at the top\left of any regular ebay page.

·1 year agoRefunds generally signal the very end of a transaction with no further recourse. You will need to work it out between the buyer/seller.
