Ebay balance empty even though funds are "available"
Hi. I have two recently sold items that I am not receiving my funds for, even though they are labeled as Available. When I click on order details, the green dot and "Available" is very clearly there on my screen, but when I check my Ebay balance, it still says 0. One item should have had their funds already available on the 15th april, and the other item says "Hold, released for request ID" in the all transactions page. I use Ebay only ocassionally to sell my old stuff, so I have no clue what any of this means or what I should do here. Any help from experts? Thanks!

·5 months agoYou might try re-asking on your home page. You are currently asking on the eBay.com/USA page and requirements may be different for German users then here in the USA.
The message from eBay should tell you what you need to do and have link(s) for you to provide the requested information.
