ebay bad customer service
hi good evening, i have been complaining about about money that have been on hold for over 21 days for months now and yet no one care to resalve this issue,
from when ebay becomes like this where nobody cares about good customer service anymore. you people asking seller to give good customer service, yet ebay is not giving their customers any good services, why turning your back on sellers like you doing now.

·4 months agoWhy is OP's feedback total showing 195 but if you look at the profile, it is much higher than that?

·4 months agoIt is because of multiple orders/items/ratings from the same buyers. I believe you only get one feedback point if the ratings are entered in the same week. Given what the OP Sells, this is not terribly surprising that he has this small issue.

·4 months agoThe reason your funds are being held is not because ebay is a terrible website.
The reason is because one specific seller is a risk to ebay.

·4 months agoHolds are often placed on orders above a certain level, even for frequent sellers. The thresholds for them are secret. Given your shipping charges, even your inexpensive sales may be subject to holds.
If you are not located in the US, you cannot get a call back from Ebay. I believe you are not in the US.
Your listings are exceptionally confusing with their references to MP3s and statement to help you grade the record. Also your statement that you will ship via DHL but the shipping method on the listing is FEDEX.
I wonder if you have buyer issues which may be affecting your seller level and related restrictions.
IMO you need to be kept on a short leash until you clean up your listings.

·4 months ago@hey-boss-man 'Official' customer service here isn't great. As above, we're just sellers here. Are you having your money released after the hold, and they just keep holding it?

Perhaps that comes down to the fact that eBay doesn't waive their hold rules simply because you do not like them.

·4 months agoAll new and infrequent sellers are subject to transaction holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well.

·4 months agoEbay has probably place a 30 day hold on your payouts. Have you personally contacted customer service using the chat box and requesting a call back?
When you say "you people asking seller to give good customer service." Ebay representatives are not here. We are buyers and sellers who answer questions and give advice only.
