eBay Auto Relist Fails after Non Payment

Hi,

I recently had to cancel several items through the Unpaid Item Case. When it comes down to the free auto relist, it says it fails and gives me the option to relist manually. But, when I do that, they are charging me the listing fee.

Of course, their chat bot is useless as always.

No I am over. But that shouldn't really matter. The transaction was ended with a winning bid but never paid for and after filing the case, eBay offers to list for free, but then the listing tool fails and now they want to charge me?
