Duplicate USPS Tracking charges for a sold item
I am so upset, because I sold an item and when I used the eBay mailing label I got issued two different tracking numbers and charged twice. I can't get a live person and I have been trying for 4 days now! I am very upset and **bleep** at Ebay!

·2 years agoNo reason to contact CS, if you bought 2 shipping labels, void the unused one.
You have 5 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

·2 years agoWhen you purchased the first label you may have double clicked the pay button, it happens.
If you only need one label just void the other. You have 5 days to void a label. No need to contact eBay. eBay couldn't do anything about it anyway.
