Didn’t receive money for selling items
Hi, so i have just started selling on ebay and now i have sold many items and my first 3 items were sold within 2 days and have not received the money and it says funds are available but those items do not even show up on “available funds” and for some reason 3 random dollars was added to my buy out and nothing else has shown up. This is very frustrating because this is about 60$ that i’m not getting.

·5 months agoYou should be able to see all the details of what and how much is on hold and expected release dates. Go to your payments tab in the seller hub on a PC and explore the options. I don't know if you can do that on a phone, I use a computer.

·5 months agoNormally money is deposited into your bank account 2-3 days AFTER you ship the item. New Sellers payment gets held for 30 days.

·5 months agoYou should have reviewed all policies prior to selling, Then you would have known that new sellers funds can be held for 30 days, Once you have proven to Ebay that you are a responsible seller that restriction will no longer pertain.

·5 months agoAll new and infrequent sellers are subject to transaction holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well.

·5 months agoIf you are a brand new seller you have to wait 30 days.
Why? Because ebay offers buyers a money back guarantee, and if something goes wrong, those funds need to be available to refund the customer.
Once you establish yourself as a reliable seller, the 30 day holds will go away.
If you think this is unreasonable, I have a Craigslist to tell you about.
