Delete all credit cards you have on your account
I hope to have an answer to stop auto-pay is delete all credit cards you saved on your eBay account. Wait to see what happens in the future.
PS: No need to save a new credit card again. You can type it on the payment without save it after you win an offer or a bid. Hope that’s work well. (Please tell me if that’s work well or not)

On Jan 4 I made a purchase on EBAY and they auto charged on a card I don't really use. I deleted that card from my Ebay account.
On Jan 8 I made another purchase on EBAY and I received a notice of autopay and they used "The Most Recent Card". The one that was deleted on the 5th.
Been trying to contact Ebay. Zero luck.

·2 years agoYou can remove them, but you won't be able to bid or make offers if the seller uses that option.

I think you have to enter the payment method long before you win. You could enter the method you'd like to pay with.

·2 years agoWhat happens if your seller requires your payment information before you bid? That's a feature seller can enable now.
