Completed orders not counting to get funds faster.
I've been on 8/10 on completed orders for ages even though I have 9 completed orders already this month without even going into what I've sold over the past 5 years. There were no issues with any of my sales, why are my orders not counting towards getting the 10 completed orders needed to get my funds faster?

·5 months agoThis is the US .com boards so I will tell you the policy here -
New or infrequent sellers have up to a 30 day hold on payments.
It can take over 90 days of constant sales to be considered as not an infrequent seller.
Since you are in the UK, you may want to go to your home site and read the Payment Holds policy.

OP5 months agoI think you misunderstood me. I was on 8 of 10 before April, so far in April I have sold 13 more items all delivered fine but my completed orders are still sitting at 8/10.

·5 months agoYour situation is different due to being located in the UK compared to the US. This is a US site which @klhmdg pointed out there are different rules. Do you understand now? We US sellers don't have the same rules as you in the UK. We do not have access to your account so you might want to call into customer service and talk with a representative for that information.

9 out of 10 does not look good fpr you.
