If you are still having this problem, maybe you should go to the bank and see if they can help you. I assume you only have one account for banking, but who knows?
These are US CS agents who work for Ebay and perhaps can help with your situation. Many positive posts here on this forum with their ability to be helpful. Tell them what you have posted here. They're pretty good about getting back to you with the correct info.
For me it was a bank statement with the logo on it to send to eBay. No micro deposits. I am assuming you are trying to do automatic payments. You have no selling history so it probably won't work until you start selling small price items. And you will still have to wait 30+ days if you haven't sold anything to receive any funds from what you sold. This is not a platform for quick money.

OP3 years agoI spoke to a customer service rep and we got it fixed, i got the microdeposits, but now it wont let me put them in to verify bank.
It used to give me that option, now it just says learn about microdeposits

As long as your checking account information is correct you should be able to see the deposits in your bank
