Can not get in contact with eBay costumer service for some crazy reason I have tried for the last

For two days I have had one of the crazy experiences with eBay for no reason my account was suspended for safety purposes and I'm supposed to contact eBay and it has been a rollercoaster the ai agent keeps doing the same thing there supposed to contact me in two minutes the only thing is I never received a callback and they leave me a email saying that they tried but I never received the call there not blocked or anything eBay is the only number that can't call me every one else can I even contact my phone company and they see no problem on my end I don't know what to do to get my account back on it is very frustrating
