CAN I ATTACH ONLINE BANK LIKE WISE ON EBAY ?

I AM FROM OTHER COUNTRY RATHER THAN USA . I HAVE MY LLC BASED IN USA AND I WANT TO OPEN BUSINESS EBAY ON IT BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM I AM HAVING IS THAT I AM NOT PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN USA THATS WHY I DONT HAVE PHYSICAL BANK ACCOUNT WHICH I CAN NOT ATTACH WITH EBAY !
CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE ALLOW MY ACCOUNT WITH WISE OR ANY OTHER ONLINE BANK ACCOUNT ?

Have to establish within the physical presence of your actual location through the local branch of ebay & follow it's requirements. As others have stated, you are required to use Payoneer. That is the local banking policy in place. You cannot pick & choose the laws across the world to represent you.

Why did you want to use a USA-based LLC for your business? What advantages does that have for you? How did you set up an LLC without having a USA address, and a person based in the USA to be the representative for the LLC?
