Buyers are unable to pay me
Someone please help. The last few items I have sold on ebay, the winning bidder has been unable to pay me. They have all gotten some kind of message saying payment won't go through or something to that effect. For a while it was not accepting cards, now it's to the point it wont take payments from paypal accounts, or at least that's what the buyers are telling me. I have talked to both ebay and paypal and both have said that there is nothing wrong with my account but I find that hard to believe since so many are having trouble paying. I've been selling since 2010 and this last year has made me come close to closing my account and trying elsewhere.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

·3 years agoHi, I'm having the same problem recently. I've had 2 buyers (one after the other) saying there wasn't a payment option and ebay said to contact seller (me). I sent an invoice the first time, which seemed to work and I'm hoping this time it'll work as well. I'm really concerned that it's going to continue and who knows how many people tried to pay and then abandoned it.
Would appreciate any advice also.
