Buyer ordered item for collection, but wanted a cancellation

I cancelled the order, but I never received any money in the first place and eBay said I did. I had to pay a fee to refund the item and itâ€™s only been a few minutes since but I havenâ€™t received my money back yet.

You're a new seller and the funds will be held a little bit.

When the hold is released, the funds will be sent to you.

Check during ebay business hours and use live chat if the situation has not been fixed. You can find out the hours and such using the help & contact option at the top of Ebay.com when your are logged in. You can't see when you are at community.ebay.com at the top, but it is in the lower right hand corner of the web page.
