Not all that uncommon here. Next time you might want to list as fixed price / buy it now set to require payment right away. With that, no sale is made unless the buyer pays.
If you've sold an item, the buyer has 4 days to pay for it. At 96 hours and one second, you can use the drop-down menu to the left of the order to 'Cancel order', citing 'Buyer didn't pay'. Your FVFs will be refunded and you can relist. Good luck.
P.S. Don't send an invoice as that resets the buyer's payment window.
P.P.S. I don't see that you've made a sale. Until then, you sure won't receive a payment.

Are you just asking because you plan to start selling and are wondering about your protection as a seller?
If so, please read every single thing you can find here about how selling on eBay is supposed to work. It's for your own protection.
