Buyer cancellations and Ebay refund policy
So, today I get my payment notice as usual. As I run down through the transactions I notice two refund charges, both for orders that were placed, but cancelled a short time after purchase by the customer. I was never paid for either of these purchases, yet Ebay has charged by account for both. In both cases I was required to manually issue refunds upon notification that the customer requested a cancellation. So now do I call Ebay and complain, or just assume they will make an adjustment at some point in the future. If that is the case it really annoys me that I have to one, wait for my money to be returned to me, and two, remember to make sure that it is.

·1 year agoA buyer cant cancel an order, they can only request the seller to cancel the transaction, shortly after purchase.It sounds like the buyers did pay if you had to refund them. Were these cc chargebacks?
