Blocking a buyer and de-listing
Dear all,
I am new at selling on eBay. I have had 2 Hot Wheels listings that the same buyer won in auction. The first time he did not pay in 8 days, so I cancelled and re-listed. He then won it the 2nd time, and again, now going 8 days. He has perfect reviews and payments.
Can I block a buyer? Is that a reportable offense to eBay? Suggestions??
Thank you in advance

·2 years agoI always block a buyer who doesn't pay. That's not something for which I give second chances.
All buyers have 100% feedback because buyers can ONLY get positives (since 2008).

OP2 years agoThank you for your info. I gave him a second chance and it happened again. I don't know what his problem is. I looked all over and could not find a way to block a buyer. Where/how do you do that?
Thanks
Bruce
The first time that buyer made a purchase and didn't pay, you should've cancelled the transaction citing buyer didn't pay and blocked the buyer at that time.
So now your in the same situation, after 4 days you can cancel citing buyer didn't pay and by all means add the buyer to your blocked buyer list.
