blocked payout? all personal information matches
Not sure why my payout was blocked. I added my debit card after it would not go through to my bank account. I have contacted my bank and they assure me they can't process it on their end that Ebay is blocking it. All of my personal information matches my bank account. Anyone know anything else I should look into?
Can't call Ebay support as I am at work and as far as I can tell there is no support email or chat function other than the chat bot.

·2 weeks agoIs the debit card attached to your savings account or checking account, needs to be checking. Did you attach your checking account and receive the micro payments from eBay when you attached your checking account to your eBay account for selling?
For payouts, you HAVE to attach your checking account before you can receive payouts to a debit card.
