Big Difference Between eBay Payout and Payoneer Received Amount – Why?
I recently sold an item on eBay and chose Payoneer to receive the funds. However, the amount I received in my Payoneer account is much lower than what eBay said they sent. (Without fees, shipping)
Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be due to hidden fees, currency conversion rates, or something else? I’d appreciate any insights or similar experiences.
Thanks in advance!

·1 year agoDo not be surprised if Payoneer provides a explanation which is not credible. Payoneer has a terrible reputation for its lack of transparency and poor customer service experiences.

·1 year agoFirst let me say you don't choose Payoneer. You have no choice in the matter except to receive funds through Payoneer.
Payoneer charges an annual maintenance fee of $29.95, a 2% currency conversion fee and withdrawal fees of $1.50-$3.00.
If you don't have the right balance some cards charge a foreign transaction fee up to 3.5%.

OP1 year agoNow I have these results.
Subtotal $133
Shipping $9
Transaction fees 25.87
Ad fee 20.45
Order earnings $95.68
But in Payoneer I received $71.87
Why?

Payoneer is charging you certain fee's so they can answer better.

·1 year agoThose Payonèer fees add up. Shipping was $9 collected from the buyer but what did it end up costing and was it taken from your Payoneer account?
